Drank 750 ml of Noble King by Jester King Craft Brewery (2013) | January 19th, 2014 |
2014-01-19 Batch #11, Sept. 9, 2013; dry, citrusy, little bit of spice, and the right hit of sour at the end.
Drank 12 oz of Bourbon County Brand Coffee Stout by Goose Island Beer Co. (2013) | January 19th, 2014 |
2014-02-02 Perfect coffee stout.
2014-01-19 Coffee coffee coffee...smooth, sticky, strong. The coffee hits you first, followed by that sweet bourbon aging. Love this beer.
Drank Double Double Barrel Ale by Firestone Walker Brewing Co. | January 18th, 2014 |
2014-01-18 Shared this with Dave...delicious Barley Wine. Sweet, tasted like caramel, toffee, and vanilla. Can definitely taste the 12% but doesn't overpower the beer. Very drinkable, but I don't think I could do more than 1 in a sitting.
Drank Abduction Coffee Break by Pipeworks Brewing Company | January 16th, 2014 |
2014-01-16 Perfect stout, almost as good as Bourbon County Coffee. The vanilla is really strong, and the coffee is still there. Ridiculously smooth. This was batch 66...amazing beer.
Drank Smoked Porter - Vanilla Bean by Stone Brewing Co. (2013) | January 13th, 2014 |
Drank Backyard Rye Bourbon County Brand Stout by Goose Island Beer Co. (2013) | January 12th, 2014 |
2014-01-12 Perfection. Sweet, boozy, the berries really come through. Has some spice as well. Loved it.
Drank 750 ml of The Cherished by Paradox Beer Company (2013-01-10) | January 11th, 2014 |
2014-01-11 Aroma is all cherries and spice. Taste is slightly tart/sour cherries, very smooth, just a hint of sweetness. Delicious and interesting beer, big fan. Aged for a year before trying.
Drank 22 oz of Hog Heaven Barleywine by Avery Brewing Company (2013) | January 10th, 2014 |
Drank Oak Aged Yeti Imperial Stout by Great Divide Brewing Company (2013) | January 5th, 2014 |
2014-01-05 Oaky, chocolate, vanilla, coffee...the tastes are endless. Delicious, perfect beer, but let it sit and warm a bit - gets much better as it warms. |
