2013-12-02 This beer has mellowed very well... a VERY little to no alcohol harshness or burn remains and the flavors are full and deep. Sweet, roasty, caremel and coffee/chocolate all over the place. The bourbon backdrop balances it all very well. This beer became AMAZING with age! | |
