Appearance: deep red coloring Smell: Balsamic Vinegar, strong funk, acid, mild sour cherry Taste: extremely sour and acidic, complex funk, medium carbonation Overall: Interesting to try, but the taste was almost overpoweringly funky.

A: light in color, medium carbonation S: very faint smell of peaches Taste: very quick/up-front bitterness from the barrel aging, very light body, not complex and the taste fades very quickly. very mild peach aftertaste. Overall: one of the weaker fruit sour offerings from Almanac. Not interesting or complex enough but nice as a refreshing summer beer.
