2014-02-07 Still great, could go a while. But it's not really showing signs of improvement, just great to have around.

Drank 12 oz of Bigfoot by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. (2011) | January 30th, 2014 |
2014-01-30 It seems in one year from the 12 to this 11 ALL the hops disappeared from the nose. Much sweeter smelling. The taste is in an odd place where you still get some of the residual hoppyness. Has the legs to keep going for sure and will probably open up in another year or two.
Drank 12 oz of Bigfoot by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. (2012) | January 30th, 2014 |
2014-01-30 Surprisingly still TONS of hops in the nose. Almost no change from the 13 bottle opened at the same time. The tasty was much more subtle and starting to fad though.
Drank 12 oz of Bigfoot by Sierra Nevada Brewing Co. (2013) | January 30th, 2014 |
2014-01-30 Still extremely hop forward. Drank side by side wtih 12 and 11, and this was still by far the best.
Drank 375 ml of St. Bretta by Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project (2013-04) | January 30th, 2014 |
2013-12-16 A lot of the fruit has faded, but still drinking wonderful. Very tart if you get a clear pour.
Drank 375 ml of Surette Provision Saison by Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project (2013-04) | January 29th, 2014 |
2014-01-29 Can confirm with past me. Oxidation setting in. Drink this shit now, its wonderful, but going downhill and available most of the time.
2014-01-14 Wonderfully funky, but starting to get a bit of oxidation in the nose. Maybe I am just becoming more sensitive to it? Starting earlier than I would have hoped for this beer.
Drank 22 oz of Wee Heavy by Dry Dock Brewing Co. (2012) | January 28th, 2014 |
2014-01-28 Low carb and very mellow flavors. |
