Slowly getting better, but still needs more time.

Going to be amazing as it ages. The apricot notes give an interesting depth to the beer that will meld better with time. Can't wait to try this again after the drink after date.

What an oktoberfest should be. Slightly on the sweet side.

Normal beer with mild citrus flavors. Nothing overly specific to blood-oranges.

Was a solid saison but nothing special.

Peach flavor cuts through the normal malt and hop flavors. Small amount of bitterness in the finish between the peach and heat. Heat is minimal but builds over a full glass. Colleen says more heat when on draft.

Decent dark soul but nothing overly amazing. Good balance of malt and tartness.

Perfect summer beer. Light, slightly tart with a medium body.

Soso. The Mosaic hops dominate this and make it feel like more of an early spring beer with the promise of greenery to come.

Amazingly balanced barleywine. Can't wait for the aged one, but going to be hard to improve on.

Oak notes overpower the malt in this. Solid barleywine, but wish there was more beer character that cut through the oak.

Hints of plums in the finish, mildly tart flavor.

Nicely balanced beer. The pluots give it a very interesting flavor; fruit from the apricot and a mild plum finish.
