Nice! Coffee up front, mocha on the palate, and some definite heat buildup in the finish (possibly from the chiles?). No chiles to be found in the taste, however. Not sure it quite lives up to the hype, but solid.

Not getting any of the "sourness" that others has reported, but definitely more bitterness up front than expected. However, mellows out into smooth, delicious vanilla and chocolate on the finish. Not the best beer ever, but not nearly as bad as some people made it out to be.

Delicious, hoppy lambic, not too acidic but plenty of tartness and the blend really shows. Hops were quite pronounced for the style, too. Great.

Straight up raspberry soda. Delicious, a great experiment along the lines of the creme brûlée beer. Delicious and stoppable, nice sweetness followed by fruit tartness.

Huge beer! First sip was unexpectedly powerful. Followup sips less so, for the ABV still hides the alcohol well. Not quite a stout, a good, big beer.

Definitely getting a lot more brett a year in; great beer for a warm day, nice bitterness on the finish.

This is still drinking so great. Surprisingly, still a lot of fruit going on, coupled with a perfect tartness and that wheat goodness backing it all up. Love this beer and sad I'm down to my last bottle.

Definite vinegar on the finish, but still a great brew, amazing color and nose, and quite fruit forward.
