Really hot, lots of booze, not too much smoke, and ending very sweet. Not the best.

Just a hint of fruit, and lots of tart. Quite good.

Definitely less fruit than the fresh bottling, but still delicious. Digging it.

Still a lot of oak, a great, drinkable malt profile, and an all around quaffable Belgian style ale, especially given the ABV.

Much sweeter than remembered, though not in a bad way, coffee definitely subdued but still present in the nose and on the backend, has some of that BCBW marshmellow I remember too. Tasting great.

Sooo much coffee presence, delicious and up front, much better than the 2012 bottle opened a while back. Superb and not grounds-like, just a great blend, should drink another soon.

Hibiscus faded but still there, especially in the nose, and just a really solid sour profile, not too funky or brett forward, just right in both areas. Delicious.

Possibly unfair as tastes just after the coffee BCBS, but tasted a bit thin with a bit of anise, and generally good but not standout.

Tasty, malty, not too sour, a solid dark wild ale. Like a Supplication but a bit maltier.

Lots of pluot, but I didn't taste much as it didn't mesh with fresh brushed teeth. However, the wife adored it.

Tasty! A nice bit of hop sharpness, surprisingly, not too sweet with a great bourbon character. Quite good, better than I remember the last Eclipse.

Not so great, seems a bit off, normal Hottenroth pleasantness given over to a bit of a rancid sourness. Oh well.

Noooooo. Flat, boozy, unappealing, all around sadness. Drain pour.

Too much bandaid and nail polish remover, despite a nice strawberry nose, and a bit medicinal. Alas, better fresh.

Lots of strawberry in the nose, then a bit up front, and it subsides into puckering tartness with not much fruit. Not at all bad, but the Apricot and the Kriek are both better expressions of fruit beer.

Delicious! Super clean, good bit of apricot, perfect tartness, an all around wonderful beer.

Tasting good but not stellar, recall it being better on draft, I did have a pour towards the end of the bottle so might have been dregs interfering.

Also quite tasty, not sure how but the coconuts actually melded into a nice malty sweetness that paired with the nutty backend nicely.
