Lots of wine, lovely yeast aroma, and so so mellow in the best way. A delicious beer.

Absolutely delicious, a great natural vanilla hint, chocolate, perfectly balanced malt. This is an amazing stout.

Malty, English, and tasty, may have been a bit past its prime but still an enjoyable ale.

Tons of funk, way more than last time, with a still good amount of apricot backing it up. Not tart, but boy that farmhouse. Dig it.

Batch 88, this was the flat one. Flat and, well, flat. Not a bad taste profile though. Too bad.

Carbonated, so not one of the bad bottles Pablo and I ran into, a little tangier than Adam, a little more overt malt presence. Still a great beer, more hop forward, Adam still the winner but this is tasty.

Hoppier than Adam, a bit like a barleywine but with amazing balance, no more sweetness than needed. Tasty. (Batch 87)

Had a bit of an acetone thing going, but still some noticeable cherries and a decent sour profile overall. Probably better fresh, but not bad.

Still the best, delicious beer that gets even more great chocolate and roasted character as it warms up. Need to try the upcoming vintage to remember how it tastes fresh, too.
