Not so great, some raisin and definite oxidation and a bit too much barrel. Meh.

"This barley wine is gnarly wine" says Evan. Big, thick, some booze heat but pleasantly so, and a reduced candy profile from what I last remember.

Not as much magic as last year but still quite tasty, nice malt character without being too sweet.

Super mellow, a bit of funk, a bit of malt, a lot of grain, and very sippable. Another tasty bottle from Wicked Weed, though probably not as good as the other two I had back in North Carolina.

Great funk in the nose, nice and balanced on the palate, with some funk, some nice sweetness, and a farmhousey finish.

Definitely getting a lot more brett a year in; great beer for a warm day, nice bitterness on the finish.
