Drank 22 oz of Cafe Ink by Rhinegeist Brewery | April 11th, 2015 |
2015-04-11 Thin for a stout. Tasted of chocolate, coffee, brown sugar and toasted grains.
Drank 22 oz of Death by Rivertown Brewing Company | April 11th, 2015 |
2015-04-11 Poured very thin. There was brown sugar and coffee notes up front followed by roasted grains and ghost pepper heat from the middle to the end of the short lingering flavor. It was generally underwhelming.
Drank 12 oz of Yeti Imperial Stout by Great Divide Brewing Company | April 11th, 2015 |
2015-04-11 Poured like motor oil. Tasted strongly of burnt grains and charcoal; and tasted faintly of coffee and herbs.
Drank 500 ml of Altbairisch Dunkel by Brauerei Aying Franz Inselkammer KG | April 9th, 2015 |
2015-04-09 Straw and toasted grain notes lead to fainter dark fruit and cookie sweet notes. The smells and tastes of grass and herbs and there is a faint doughiness from the yeast.
Drank 550 ml of Nut Brown Ale by Samuel Smith Old Brewery (Tadcaster) | April 8th, 2015 |
2015-04-08 Classic earthy English beer.
Drank 500 ml of Baltika #5 Gold by Baltika Breweries | April 8th, 2015 |
2015-04-08 Baltika started sweet, then quickly became chalky and leathery in flavor. It is not a good beer.
Drank 12 oz of Smitten Golden Rye Ale by Bell's Brewery, Inc. | April 6th, 2015 |
2015-05-15 Too piney. | |
Drank 22 oz of Bourmuda Triangle IPA by Voodoo Brewing Co.,LLC (2015-03) | April 3rd, 2015 |
2015-04-03 Caramel, honey, citrus, flowers, coconut, and so much booze! There is too much else going on to describe without witnessing it yourself.
Drank 750 ml of Cuvee-Brut by Brouwerij Liefmans | April 1st, 2015 |
2015-04-01 Elizabeth approved!! Tart and dry like champagne with a cherry Sweet-tart finish.
Drank 16 oz of Ermal's Belgian Style Cream Ale by Warped Wing Brewing Company | March 30th, 2015 |
2015-03-30 Overly dry. It's crisp but not refreshing. It reminded me of overly heavy bodied tonic water.
Drank 12 oz of Bay of Bengal Double IPA by Christian Moerlein Brewing Company | March 29th, 2015 |
2015-04-19 The nose is strong with citrus and pine. It tastes of caramel and honey, citrus, herbs and pine.
Drank 12 oz of Galaxy High by MadTree | March 29th, 2015 |
2015-04-20 So much citrus hops! It reeks of grapefruit but is backed up by sweet caramel and honey like malts. The bitterness does not linger but a frutiness does which is a huge win in my books.
Drank 12 oz of Grapefruit Sculpin by Ballast Point Brewing Company | March 29th, 2015 |
2015-04-28 This was so fruity! It has additional juice added to it but that addition is making me reconsider IPAs. Given a choice I like Galaxy High.
Drank 12 oz of Tank 7 Farmhouse Ale by Boulevard Brewing Company | March 26th, 2015 |
2015-03-26 This refreshing beer reeks of tropical and citrus fruits. It is not overly hoppy though.
Drank 12 oz of A Little Sumpin' Sumpin' Ale by Lagunitas Brewing Company | March 23rd, 2015 |
2015-03-23 Tastes of honey, straw, and wheat along with citrus and floral notes. It smells of the same. When I really took a deep whiff and stuck my nose into the glass it smelled a bit like a ski lodge. That being said I will be buying it again. |
