Drank 12 oz of Blacktart by MadTree | February 6th, 2015 |
2015-02-06 A special brew for Cincy Beer Week 2015 its a collab between all the local breweries. The beer smells of burnt grains with a faint hint of berries. It tastes of those grains and with a stronger berry presence and ever so slightly cinnamon.
Drank 12 oz of Great Lakes Christmas Ale by Great Lakes Brewery | February 5th, 2015 |
2015-02-05 A bready red ale with notes of cinnamon. Much better fresh, though this bottle was only a few months old ones I had in December were much "spicier."
Drank 500 ml of King Goblin by Wychwood Brewery Company Ltd | February 4th, 2015 |
2015-02-04 This is a malt forward beer with notes of cookie, honey, toffee, and some toasted grains. The hops is very subdued but tastes of grass and herbs. The yeast lends flavors of dough and earth. The scents of cookie, toffee, toasted grains and earth are noticeable when bringing the glass to your mouth.
Drank 22 oz of Cimmerian Sabertooth Berzerker by Three Floyds Brewing | February 1st, 2015 |
2015-02-01 This is a bitter beer with hints of pine, citrus, and pineapple in the aroma. It tastes of caramel, nuts, citrus, oranges, and pine. It presents with a hazy orange hue and a frothy off-white head.
Drank 12 oz of Pogue's Run Porter by Flat 12 Bierworks | January 28th, 2015 |
2014-10-27 Classic malty, caramely, roasty but sweet porter.
Drank 16 oz of Ermal's Belgian Style Cream Ale by Warped Wing Brewing Company | January 28th, 2015 |
2015-03-30 Overly dry. It's crisp but not refreshing. It reminded me of overly heavy bodied tonic water.
Drank 16 oz of 10 Ton by Warped Wing Brewing Company | January 26th, 2015 |
2015-01-15 This is a good stout, not great. Oatmeal, chocolate, and burnt malts lead with coffee and vanilla in the middle. It finishes burnt. Looks good, smells ok, and feels a little thin.
Drank 330 ml of Lindemans Cassis by Brouwerij Lindemans | January 16th, 2015 |
2015-01-16 This beer is very tart because of the currants but it also a horsey funky flavor and smell. Pretty purple with a pink rocky head.

Drank 12 oz of Hard Ginger Beer by Sprecher Brewing | January 14th, 2015 |
2015-01-14 This was nothing more than glorified ginger ale soda with alcohol in it.
Drank 12 oz of Frambozen by New Belgium Brewing | January 9th, 2015 |
2015-01-09 This beer has a beautiful ruby hue and an interesting pink head. That's about all the good I can say. The flavor is at first bitter and leathery and then the raspberry comes through with a medicinal value.
Drank 22 oz of Cappuccino Stout by Lagunitas Brewing Company | January 3rd, 2015 |
2015-01-03 This was an unimpressive stout, thin of body and light of taste. A distinct coffee nose and taste with some roasted malt notes and a bit out acidity.

2014-12-23 A bland but toasty ale with a hint of bourbon at the end that fade as quick as it appears.

2014-12-29 Overly sweet with honey and bananas leading the way and lingering a long while. Clear yellow/gold body with a small foamy white head and a syrupy softly carbonated body.
