Drank 12 oz of Beer Camp - Tater Ridge by Sierra Nevada / Asheville Brewers Alliance | December 4th, 2014 |
2014-12-04 An interesting collaboration from the Beer Camp series. A scent of grain, citrus and grass hit your nose right at the pour and the tastes of grain, honey, toffee and maybe oatmeal hit the tongue changing with each sip.
Drank 12 oz of Big Leaf Maple Autumn Amber by Anchor Brewing | November 30th, 2014 |
Drank 22 oz of Hop The Pond by New Belgium Brewing | November 29th, 2014 |
2014-11-29 The first taste of this beer is lovely with lemony citrus and floral notes offset a bit buy some caramel and honey notes from the malts. Unfortunately the aftertaste is piney and bitter which is not my ideal beer.
Drank 330 ml of Oktoberfest Weizen by Privatbrauerei Erdinger Weissbru | November 29th, 2014 |
2014-11-29 This is a very malt forward hefeweizen with wheat, barley and straw in the forefront and classic banana notes behind it. I guess that extra maltiness is what distinguishes it as a beer brewed for Oktoberfest.

Drank 12 oz of Thundersnow by MadTree | November 28th, 2014 |
2014-11-12 A decent Winter Warmer. Hints of ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla but nothing over powering. It ends very abruptly.
Drank 12 oz of Beer Camp - Alt Route by Sierra Nevada / Victory | November 25th, 2014 |
2014-11-25 Very dry and malty. Not one I'll seek out again, especially since it was a limited release beer in the Beer Camp series.
